About Me

Hey, I’m Kristina Baxter—wife, girl mom x2, dog mom, and founder of NOCO Marketing Boutique.

After three years working in a fast-paced agency, I made the big (and best) decision to step back and focus on what matters most: my family. During that time, I helped my parents launch their dream brewery—handling everything from their social media and website to flyers and all the in-betweens. That project reignited something in me. I remembered how much I love bringing a brand to life—and how powerful good marketing can be for small businesses.

That’s how NOCO Marketing Boutique was born. I created this one-woman marketing studio to support passionate small business owners with strategy, content, and ad campaigns that actually move the needle.

These days, I split my time between helping brands grow and soaking up life with my family. Whether I’m in the gym, camping, wrangling toddlers, or grabbing a pint at a local brewery—I'm always fueled by creativity, caffeine, and a deep love for what I do.
